His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Talal bin Abdulaziz visited the First Projects Holding booth in Restatex 2025 Exhibition. He was received by the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Nafjan, and the CEO, Eng. Mohammed Dabbousi, who briefed His Royal Highness on the integrated solutions offered by the group and the latest real estate projects of First Projects Limited.
Signing of an Agreement Between First Projects and Bayut Platform on the Third Day of Restatex Riyadh
On the third day of the Restatex Riyadh 2025 exhibition, First Projects signed a distinguished agreement with the Bayut platform. Representing First Projects was the General Manager, Mr. Abdullah Al-Nafjan, accompanied by Eng. Amr Metwally, General Manager of Emtilak, Mr. Mohammed Najm, the Head of Sales, and Mr. Khalid Al-Zoubi, Marketing Director of the group holding.
Representing the Bayut platform was the Executive Sales Director, Mr. Ahmed Al-Atrash.
The agreement aims to enhance cooperation between the two companies and to offer innovative and distinguished services to First Projects’s clients.

On the third day of the Restatex Riyadh 2025 exhibition, First Projects signed a distinguished agreement with the Swiss company Beyonity. The signing ceremony took place at the group’s pavilion, attended by Mr. Abdullah Al-Nafjan, General Manager of First Projects, and Mr. Osama Soady, MENA Regional Director of Beyonity. This agreement aims to enhance cooperation and introduce innovative solutions in sales applications, facilitating the customer journey from viewing project units to booking and purchasing.

On the third day of the Restatex Riyadh 2025 exhibition, First Projects signed a distinguished agreement with Aqar platform. Representing First Projectsat the signing was Eng. Mohammed Dabbousi, the managing partner, accompanied by Eng. Amr Metwally, General Manager of Emtilak, and Mr. Mohammed Najm, the Head of Sales.
Representing Aqar platform was its General Manager, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Shaheel, along with Mr. Mustafa bin Ahmed, the Sales Director of Aqar platform.
