His Royal Highness Prince Fahd Al Saud visited the First Projects Holding booth on the sidelines of the Restatex 2025 exhibition. He was received by the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Nafjan, and the CEO, Eng. Mohammed Daboussi. They briefed His Royal Highness on the comprehensive solutions offered by the group and the latest real estate projects of First Projects Limited.
First Projects Holding Group Signs Distinguished Agreement with National Arab Bank at Restatex 2025
On the first day of the Restatex 2025 exhibition and amidst numerous meetings and discussions at the group’s pavilion, a distinguished agreement was signed with the National Arab Bank at the pavilion of First Projects Holding Group. The agreement was signed on behalf of the group by His Excellency the Chairman Dr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Nafjan. Present at the signing from the company were the Managing Partner, Eng. Mohammed Dabbousi, the CEO of Emtilak Company, Eng. Amr Metwally, and the Head of Marketing for the group, Mr. Khalid Al-Zoubi. Representing the National Arab Bank, the agreement was signed by Mr. Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Rashed, CEO of the Retail Banking Group. Also present from the bank were Mr. Othman Badr, Deputy CEO of the Retail Banking Group, and Mr. Yazid Al-Shuwaier, Head of Product Management. Through this agreement, the National Arab Bank offered a special profit margin with exemption from administrative fees for First Projects customers, valid only during the exhibition days.

Today, Monday, February 17th, the third edition of the “Restatex Riyadh” exhibition will kick off at the Exhibition and Convention Center, with a large number of companies involved in the real estate and investment sectors in the Kingdom in attendance.
For the third time, First Projects Holding will participate in the “Restatex” exhibition (the largest real estate exhibition in the Kingdom) as a platinum sponsor, with a booth numbered B3. The booth features a comprehensive and integrated design that showcases the group’s vision, philosophy, and the work of its subsidiaries.

First projects Holding participated as a silver sponsor in the Fourth Urban Forum organized by the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences at King Saud University, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipality and Housing, and attended by the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the President of King Saud University, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences. The forum aims to establish distinguished foundations for sustainable construction in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The forum included a speech by the Managing Partner of First Projects Holding, Eng. Mohammad Dabboussi, on social and economic development and the impact of urban projects on local communities and economic growth.
